Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be appointed in various pay levels ranging from Level-1 (₹ 18,000-56,900) to Level-5 (₹ 29,200-92,300), depending on the post.

DGAFMS RECRUITMENT 2025 QUALIFICATION DETAILS

Accountant: Degree in Commerce from a recognized university; or 12th Class pass with two years of experience in cash, accounts, and budget work in a government office/PSU/autonomous/statutory body.


Stenographer Grade-II: 12th Class pass from a recognized board. Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription: 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) on a computer.


Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 12th Class pass. Typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on a computer.


Store Keeper: 12th Class pass. One year of experience in handling stores and keeping accounts.


Photographer: 12th Class pass. Diploma in Photography. Three years’ experience in photography and lab work is desirable.


Fireman: Matriculation pass. Physical fitness with specified height, weight, and endurance test performance. Training in firefighting and valid LMV license preferred.


Cook: Matriculation pass. Proficiency in the trade.


Lab Attendant: Matriculation pass with Science as a subject. One year of experience in a lab or chemical/drug factory preferred.


Multi-Tasking Staff, Tradesman Mate, Washerman, Carpenter & Joiner, Tinsmith: Matriculation pass. Specific trade proficiency or apprenticeship may be required depending on the post.

Written Examination:Multiple-choice questions on :General Intelligence and Reasoning Numerical Aptitude General EnglishGeneral Awareness Duration: 2 hours. Bilingual (English and Hindi). 
Skill Test/Trade Test: Posts like Stenographer, LDC, and Fireman will require additional skill or trade tests. These tests will be qualifying in nature.
